Shipping Policy

In certain cases, we may allow items to be mailed to us by prior approval only. Please call before shipping any items to receive instructions and confirm eligibility.

• All shipping arrangements must be discussed and approved in advance.
• Customers are responsible for proper packaging and shipping costs.
• We strongly recommend using insured, trackable shipping services.
• Virginia Gold Buyer cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit prior to receipt.
• Items sent without prior approval may be refused or returned at the sender’s expense.

Evaluation of Items

All mailed or in-person items are professionally evaluated upon receipt. Any estimates provided before inspection are not guaranteed and may change after physical evaluation.

Standard refining and processing factors are applied as part of every evaluation.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of precious metals and fluctuating market prices:

• Once payment has been issued and accepted, transactions are generally considered final.
• If you have concerns after a completed transaction, you must contact us within 7 days.
• Any return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and require items to be returned in the same condition.

If an offer is declined after evaluation, items will be returned or made available for pickup as agreed.

Refused or Unclaimed Items

Items not claimed within a reasonable timeframe may be subject to additional handling in accordance with applicable laws.

Important Notice

We reserve the right to refuse any shipment or transaction if items appear to be counterfeit, damaged beyond evaluation, or ownership cannot be verified.
