FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to sell after an evaluation?
No. There is absolutely no obligation to sell after an evaluation. We provide clear information about what you have and how value is determined so you can make your own decision comfortably.
Do you buy broken jewelry?
Yes. Condition does not determine value. Broken chains, single earrings, damaged clasps, and scrap gold all have value based on metal content and weight.
Do I need an appointment?

The process always starts with a phone call.
As a mobile precious metals buyer serving New Kent, Williamsburg, and surrounding areas, local appointments can be arranged after we speak.

Can I mail items in?
Yes. Mail-in service is available nationwide. However, please call first before mailing anything. We will provide step-by-step instructions to ensure the process is handled properly and securely.
How is value determined?

Value is determined by:

  • Metal type

  • Purity (karat or silver content)

  • Total weight

  • Current market conditions

Standard refining and processing factors are applied as part of every evaluation.

We take time to explain how value is calculated so you understand your options before deciding to sell.

Do you buy coins and sterling silver?

Yes. In addition to gold jewelry, we purchase select coins, bullion, sterling silver flatware, and other precious metal items. If you’re unsure whether something qualifies, call first and we’ll guide you.

Still Have Questions?

If you’re unsure about anything — what you have, whether it qualifies, or how the process works — the best first step is a simple phone call.

Mail-in kits are available. Please call first for instructions.
